TI SM320F28335 C2000 Delfino DSCs

Texas Instruments SM320F28335 C2000Delfino Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) are highly integrated, high-performance solutions for demanding control applications. TI F28335 Delfino DSCs support extreme temperature applications by functioning in a -55ºC to 210ºC range. The TI SM320F28335 features high-performance static CMOS technology that runs at up to 150 MHz over a -55ºC to 125ºC range and up to 100MHz at 210ºC. TI F28335 DSCs include a high-performance 32-bit CPU, a six-channel DMA controller, and on-chip memory of 256K x 16 Flash and 34K x 16 SARAM.
