The Texas Instruments TMS320F2802x Piccolo™ microcontroller (MCU) family provides the power of the C28x™ core coupled with highly integrated control peripherals in low pin-count devices. The TI Piccolo MCU family is code compatible with previous C28-based code and provides a high level of analog integration. Each TI Piccolo MCU features an internal voltage regulator that allows for single rail operation and enhancements to the HRPWM module to allow for dual-edge control. The TMS320F2802x family also includes analog comparators with internal 10-bit references that can be routed directly to control the PWM outputs.
