TI LM4F230 ARM Cortex™-M4 Stellaris® MCUsTexas Instruments LM4F230 series ARM Cortex™-M4 Microcontrollers (MCUs) are Stellaris® devices featuring Advanced Motion Control, USB OTG, and a high number of serial communication peripherals, including up to 8 UARTs, 6 I²C, 4 SSI/SPI. and 2 CAN controllers. TI LM4F230, LM4F231, and LM4F232 Cortex-M4 MCUs provide a variety of integrated motion control functions, including six fault inputs to promote low-latency shutdown, two Quadrature Encoder Inputs (QEI), and 2 PWM modules with a total of 16 advanced PWM outputs for motion and energy applications. TI LM4F230 series Cortex-M4 Stellaris MCUs are targeted for motion control and a variety of industrial applications, such as factory automation, power and energy, fire and security, HVAC and building control, and medical instrumentation.
