Azoteq IQS127D / IQS128 ProxSense™ Capacitive Proximity / Touch ControllersThe Azoteq IQS127D and IQS128 are high-performance IQ Switch® - ProxSense™ Single-Channel Capacitive Proximity/Touch Controllers. Azoteq IQS127D ProxSense features dual touch and proximity outputs and Automatic Antenna Tuning Implementation (ATI) for automatic adjustment for optimal performance. The IQS128 features Dynamic Calibration (DYCAL™) technology, providing intelligent hysteresis to allow for sensor drift even during sensor activation. Azoteq IQS127D and IQS128 single-channel capacitive proximity/touch controllers feature Internal Capacitor Implementation (ICI) reference capacitor on-chip. The IQS127D is designed for use in LCD, Plasma, and LED TVs, GSM cell phones (on ear detection / touch keys), LED flashlights or head lamps, and more. The IQS128 is optimized for 3-D glasses, occupancy sensors, personal media players, and more.

Azoteq IQS410 IQ Switch® - ProxSense™ XY Touch Panel ControllersAzoteq IQS410 IQ Switch® - ProxSense™ Series XY Touch Panel Controllers revolutionizes the touch panel industry by offering a cost-effective controller IC interfaced to a simplified touch panel. Azoteq IQS410 ProxSense XY Touch Panel Controllers offer class leading proximity sensitivity. The devices provide a PROXIMITY detected signal to activate features such as launching a menu screen, activating backlighting, or waking a system from sleep on the user approaching. The Azoteq IQS410 is a 6-channel capacitive sensing device that uses four channels to produce touchscreen coordinate data.
