Panasonic Semiconductors Through Hole LEDs offer diffused lenses, available in square or round lens shape types. The square lens LEDs come in a variety of sizes ranging from 3 x 2mm to 3 x 7mm. The round lens LEDs are available in diameters of 2.0 and 2.6mm. Panasonic Semiconductors Through Hole LEDs are offered in three colors: red, yellow green, and orange.

These LEDs provide fast response times and high-speed modulation capabilities. Panasonic Semiconductors GaAlAs Infrared LEDs are available in dominant wavelengths of 860 and 880nm, and in half-power angles of 15º, 20º, and 22º.
