The Avago Technologies high brightness ASMT-YTx2 family of PLCC-6 SMT RGB LEDs feature individual color control, separate heat paths for each LED dice, improved contrast ratio, wider viewing angle, and silicon encapsulation for water resistance. These features make Avago Technologies ASMT-YTx2 surface mount RGB LEDs an ideal solution for full color indoor and outdoor signage used in sport and entertainment facilities, retail venues, and outdoor advertising applications.

These Avago Technologies ASMT-YTx2 RGB LEDs feature a wide viewing angle of 120º and are designed for use in a wide range of environmental conditions. A built-in reflector pushes up the intensity of the light output. These tri-color LEDs are compatible with the reflow soldering process. These high brightness LEDs are are available with a white surface (ASMT-YTD2-0BB02) or a black top surface (ASMT-YTB2-0BB02 and ASMT-YTC2-0AA02). The black top surface provides better contrast enhancement for your application.
