The ASMT-UxB5-Nxxxx and ASMT-UWB1-NX302 SMT LED Indicators are packaged in the industry standard PLCC-2 package. The wide viewing angle at 120° makes these LEDs ideally suited for panel, push button, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances. The flat top emitting surface makes it easy for these LEDs to mate with light pipes. ASMT-SxB5-Nxxxx PLCC-4 LED Indicators

Avago Power PLCC-4 is an extension of the PLCC-2 SMT LEDs. Due to the superior package design, ASMT-SxB5-Nxxxx Surface Mount LED Indicators can be driven at a higher current and are able to dissipate heat more efficiently than the conventional PLCC-2 SMT LEDs. This family of LEDs is also able to produce higher light output in proportion to the increase in driving current.
