Crydom 's new SeriesOne DIN Rail (DR) Mounted AC & DC Output Solid State Relays ( SSR s) are the next generation of DR SSR s, offering a unique and cost-effective combination of size and ratings due to their patent-pending design. The SeriesOne DR line includes single channel AC/DC output and dual channel AC output SSRs with an all solid state design that mounts to any standard 35mm DIN rail profile. Features of SeriesOne DR SSRs include dual output with ratings of 6 Amps each channel, load voltage ratings of 24-280VAC and 48-600VAC, LED input status indicator, zero-crossing (resistive loads) or random turn-on (inductive loads) output, UL and cUL Recognition, CE and RoHS compliance, and 100K-cycle UL 508 Endurance Rating for Enhanced Reliability. This series is intended for use in heating, lighting and motion control applications where DIN Rail mounting is preferred and higher output power ratings are required. When compared to other DIN Rail SSRs on the market, Crydom 's SeriesOne DR SSR s offer:

• Greater safety for personnel by eliminating exposed hot metal surfaces
  
• An all-plastic double insulated exterior, eliminating the need for AC ground wire and simplifying installation
• Superior air flow allowing a high output current rating of 6 or 12 amps in a 40ºC ambient with only a small air gap equal to the relay's width on each side of the SSR, occupying less DIN rail space allowing smaller enclosures
