Displaytech TFT Displays

Displaytech TFT Display Modules can be integrated into semi-finished products or redesigned products needing greater flexibility. These Displaytech TFT Modules display up to 16.7M colors and range in diagonal size from 1.8" to 7", including 2.8", 3.2", and 3.3" size options. These Displaytech devices offer resolution options including 160 * 128 RGB, 320 * 240 RGB, and 272 * 480 RGB, and have an operating temperature range of -10ºC to 60ºC. TFT Display Modules are ideal for industrial, medical portable, and hand-held applications.

SDT018ATFT, SDT022ATFT, SDT028ATFT, SDT028ATFT-TS, SDT024BTFT, and SDT024BTFT-TS are all new TFT Displays with updated drivers. The new drivers have been updated to include Ilitek ILI9163C, ILI9340, and ILI9320, and are mounted on the glass and the interconnection via FPC, including components to drive the display module.
