Texas Instruments ADS5263EVM Evaluation Module

The Texas Instruments ADS5263EVM Evaluation Module provides a flexible environment for testing the ADS5263 four-channel, 16-bit analog to digital converter (ADC) under a variety of clock and input conditions. The TI ADS5263EVM allows users to design their own filters, populate the evaluation module with the corresponding components and verify the performance of the EVM itself. TI ADS5263 ADCs provide up to 100MSPS sampling frequency that delivers an SNR of 84.6 dBFS with 10MHz input.
