Maxim MAX1166x 500ksps ADCsMaxim MAX1166x 8-, 10-, and 12-bit 500ksps, low-power analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) include a high-dynamic range sample-and-hold and a high-speed serial interface. These Maxim ADCs accept a full-scale input from 0V to the power supply or to the reference voltage. The MAX1166x operate from a 2.2V to 3.6V supply and consume only 3.3mW. These Maxim devices include full power-down mode and fast wake-up for optimal power management and a high-speed 3-wire serial interface. MAX1166x ADCs are ideal for portable battery-powered data-acquisition applications and other applications demanding low-power consumption and minimal space.
