IRC / TT electronics OARS Series Open Air Sense Resistors

IRC / TT electronics OARS Series Open Air Sense Resistors are rated for 1W at 85oC (2W at 25oC) with resistance values from 0.002Ω to 0.05Ω with tolerances down to +1%. They feature TCRs as low as +20ppmoC and inductance values in the single‐digit nanohenry range. Operating range is ‐40ºC to +125ºC. IRC / TT electronics OARS Series Open Air Sense Resistors offer compliant terminations that allow them to expand and contract with the PC board’s thermal cycling, enabling them to meet or exceed the 1,000 – 2,000 cycles required by most automotive manufacturers. This thermal cycling stresses the solder joints of conventional flat chip resistors, which can often cause failure. The unique lead form of the OARS resistors provides an inherent advantage in compliance to the mechanical stress caused by thermal cycling. The welded copper terminals in the OARS Series Open Air Sense Resistors also provide a low resistance terminal to enhance reliable performance for demanding applications.

IRC / TT electronics DIV23 Series SOT23 Surface Mount Voltage Divider

The IRC / TT electronics DIV23 Series SOT23 Surface Mount Voltage Divider features precision ratio tolerances to ±0.05% and ultra-stable TaNSil® resistors on a silicon substrate. The DIV23 series is a superior alternative to matched sets and can replace IRC SOT23 Series for new designs. The IRC / TT electronics DIV23 Series SOT23 Surface Mount Voltage Divider is RoHS compliant and available with Sn/Pb terminations.

IRC / TT electronics HTC Series Thick Film Chip Resistors

The IRC / TT electronics HTC Series Thick Film Chip Resistors feature operating temperatures from -55°C to +200ºC with excellent high temperature stability. The HTC series provide maximum voltage ratings of 200V, 400V, and 500V, with case sizes 1206, 2010, and 2512, respectively. The Pb-free wrap-around terminations feature a leach resistant, electroplated Ni barrier and pure Sn matte finish. The IRC / TT electronics HTC series Thick Film Chip Resistors are resistant to all normal industrial cleaning solvents suitable for PCBs.

IRC Current Sense Resistors: ULR Series

The ULR series of sense resistors from IRC are designed with low TCR and inductance for current sense circuits in power electronic systems. The ULR series feature 1W to 3W power ratings in 2512 chip sizes and a 0.5mO to 10mO resistance. The higher wattage devices feature PCB clearance gap to maximize thermal performance.
