IPDiA Silicon Capacitor Sample Kits
IPDiA now offers sample kits for the LPSC Low Profile, HTSC High Temperature, and XTSC Extreme Temperature Silicon Capacitor Series. Each of these Silicon Capacitor Kits from IPDiA include 10 units of each product in case size 0402 with voltage of 11V. The capacitance range in the LPSC Low Profile sample kit is 1nF to 100nF. The capacitance range in the HTSC High Temperature and XTSC Extreme Temperature sample kits is 1nF to 33nF.
IPDiA EXSC Series Embedded and Wirewound Extreme Temperature Silicon Capacitors
IPDiA EXSC Series Embedded and Wirewound Extreme Temperature Silicon Capacitors feature low leakage current down to 100pA, low profile (250µm), and ultra high operating temperature up to 250ºC. EXSC Series Embedded and Wirewound Extreme Temperature Silicon Capacitors offer high
stability of capacitance value with temperature <1.5% (-55ºC to +250ºC),
voltage <0.1%/volts, and negligible capacitance loss through aging.
Applications include downhole and defense industries, decoupling, filtering, charge pump, replacement of X8R and C0G dielectrics, and high reliability applications.
IPDiA ASPICS Chip Sets
IPDiA's ASPICS Chip Sets are integrated passive devices specifically designed for use with the SEMTECH SX1211 868/915 MHz ISM/UHF transceiver. These synthesis parts include VCO coils and PLL loop filter and replace 5 equivalent SMDs. ASPICS320.604 (for 868 MHz band) and ASPICS320.605 (for 915 MHz band) are used with ASPICS320.606 / RF front-end, forming highly optimized chip-set solutions by reducing the number of components by 50 % for a typical application. They are flipped directly on the PCB closest to this specific ISM transceiver (Standard reflow soldering technology can be used). The ASPICS320.604/605 exhibits improved performance (in terms of phase noise and even harmonic rejection) in a small footprint with excellent symmetry for the VCO tank and an optimum loop bandwidth for the loop filter.
