Hybrid Snap-In Supercapacitors Ioxus' RHE Series Hybrid Snap-In Supercapacitors are made here in the USA with a rated voltage of 2.3 V DC. The RHE Series Hybrid Supercapacitors by Ioxus also feature high energy density, high power density, low internal resistance (ESR), high cycle life (20K+ cycles), and RoHS compliance. Available capacitance values are 220F, 300F, 800F, and 1000F. Applications that utilize RHE's include flashlights, solar/LED lighting, memory back-up, and portable hand tools. NEW!
