International Rectifier's IRFx4137/4868 300V Power MOSFETs feature IR’s latest power MOSFET silicon that deliver benchmark on-state resistance (RDS(on)) for a wide range of high efficiency industrial applications such 110-120 VAC line conditioners and 110-120 VAC power supplies, and DC to AC inverters including solar inverters and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). These new power MOSFETs offer ultra-low RDS(on) to improve system efficiency and may allow designers to reduce part count where multiple MOSFETs are used in parallel.

With a power range from 25W to 500W, the IRAUDAMP7 offers a high degree
of scalability on a single layer PCB.
The IRAUDAMP7S two-channel, 120W half-bridge design provides 91 percent
efficiency at 120W in Class D stage, 8Ω, and a THD+N of 0.005% at 1 kHz,
60W, 8Ω, (both typical). The IRAUDAMP7D features IR’s IRS2092 protected
digital audio driver IC in a DIP16 package together with through-hole
components while the IRAUDAMP7S features the IRS2092S in an SOIC package
with surface-mount components.
The IRAUDAMP7 series incorporates critical protection features including
over-current protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage
protection, DC-protection, and over-temperature protection. Housekeeping
functions include a ±5V supply for analog signal processing for the
preamplifier and a +12V supply (Vcc) referenced to -B for the Class D
gate driver stage.
International Rectifier PowIRaudio™ Compact Integrated Power Modules are designed for high performance home theater systems and car audio amplifiers. They each integrate a PWM controller and two digital audio power MOSFETs in a single package, forming a high performance Class D audio amplifier. International Rectifier's AUIRGDC0250 1200V Soft Switching IGBT is an automotive-qualified IGBT optimized for soft switching applications such as Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heater applications as used in electric and hybrid vehicles. It features low VCE(on) to reduce power dissipation and achieve higher power density, positive VCE(on) temperature coefficient making the device well suited for paralleling, and optimized square reverse bias safe operating area (RBSOA) while the soft switching nature of the AUIRGDC0250 makes it ideal for helping adhere to system level EMI regulations.
International Rectifier's AUIRS20302S Automotive Qualified Three-Phase Gate Driver IC is designed for 12V, 24V and 48V vehicle applications including high-voltage air conditioner compressors, pumps, BLDC motor drives up to 600W and high-voltage motor drives. The AUIRS20302S targets 12V, 24V and 48V boardnet automotive platforms operating at voltages up to 200V maximum. The new device features an external pre-regulator to generate its own supply voltage to ensure that the gate drives do not exceed 17V even during load dump conditions.

International Rectifier AUIRS2334S is a 600V IC for 3-phase inverterized motor drive applications, with three independent high side and low side channels. An advanced input filter provides improved signal input/output pulse symmetry. Other features include integrated fixed deadtime protection, shoot-through protection, under-voltage lockout protection and matched propagation delays for both channels. AUIRS2334S is automotive-qualified and meets AEC-Q100 standards.
International Rectifier's MotIRFET™ HEXFET® MOSFETs offer a fast body diode to eliminate the need for external diodes in ZVS applications. They also have a lower gate charge which results in simpler drive requirements and a higher gate voltage threshold that offers improved noise immunity. These devices are rated at 500 V (VDSS) and continuous current (ID) of 3.6A or 6.0A. International Rectifier introduces the automotive-qualified
AUIR3240S battery power switch for the combustion-engine shut-off and
restart function (Stop-Start system) that can help reduce fuel
consumption in automotive vehicles by up to 15 percent. The
International Rectifier AUIR3240S Low Quiescent Current MOSFET Driver
is a combination of a boost DC/DC converter with an external inductor
and a gate driver. The device drives standard level MOSFET even at low
battery voltage, and is capable of driving several MOSFETs in parallel
to achieve very low on-state resistance (Rds(on)) with current
consumption below 50µA. AUIR3240S provides 15 V on the output with a
wide input voltage (4-36 V). In addition, AUIR3240S features diagnostic
on the output current and a thermal sensor interface.
International Rectifier IRS2334SPbF and IRS2334MPbF three-phase, 600V gate drive ICs for inverterized motor drives are compact devices used in energy efficient appliance and industrial applications. IRS2334SPbF is offered in an SOIC20WB package while the IRS2334MPbF is available in a QFN5X5 package featuring a footprint of just 25mm² and designed with the appropriate creepage and clearance requirements to enable rugged and reliable designs at voltages up to 600V.

International Rectifier's IRS2548D SMPS / LED Driver PFC + Half Bridge Controller IC is a fully integrated, fully protected 600V LED or switched mode power supply control IC with integrated PFC control for a Boost pre-regulator. The IRS2548D is based on the popular IRS2168D electronic ballast control IC re-designed for use in LED driver or half-bridge power supply applications. The PFC circuitry operates in critical conduction mode and provides high PF, low THD and DC bus regulation. The IRS2548D features include programmable minimum run frequency and adjustable oscillator frequency that can be driven by an opto isolator or other feedback circuit in a feedback loop for frequency modulation in resonant systems. The IRS2548D also includes PFC over-voltage and over-current protection, half bridge over current protection and a logic level enable input that can be used for PWM dimming in LED drivers or general burst mode operation.
International Rectifier's 25V DirectFET®plus Power MOSFETs features IR's new generation of silicon that sets a new standard in efficiency for 12V input synchronous buck applications including next-generation servers, desktops, and notebooks. These 25V DirectFET®plus Power MOSFETs reduce on-state resistance (RDS(on)) and gate charge (Qg) compared to previous generation devices to significantly improve efficiency up to 2 percent.
