The Hirose Electric FH40 0.5mm Pitch FPC Vertical Connectors with a strong actuator construction and simple FPC insertion result in a 30% reduction in connection man-hours over conventional FPC connectors in earlier series. Designed to provide a reliable mechanical and electrical connection with the FPC even in rough operating environments, the FH40 Series 0.5mm connectors feature Hirose's innovative actuator form enabling the completion of both FPC insertion~ joint in the same motion, side catcher to ensure accurate FPC insertion, proven "flip-lock" rotating actuator design with tactile confirmation lock to assure a secure connection, and an unique terminal form to retain the actuator.
