Hirose's FH42 Series consist of top contact, 0.3 mm pitch Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) ZIF connectors with a back-flip actuator. FH42 FPC Connectors offer 0.65 mm above the board height, implementation depth of 3.08mm, and double-sided leads for easy mounting. The FH42 Series features the only ultra-low profile ZIF connectors with the standard 0.12mm FPC thickness. The design allows smooth FPC insertion and simple actuator operation. The unique clasp produces an audible click when the FPC goes over the clasp and prevents incorrect (diagonal) insertion of FPC. FH42's small footprint means board area is available under the connector for PCB patterning.

Hirose EM35 Heavy Duty Power Connectors are designed to meet the growing demand for high powered, high current connectors offering advanced reliability for industrial applications. The EM35 Series features integrated hooks that snap directly onto a standard 35mm DIN Rail, allowing the connector to withstand high mechanical stress. The robust snap-on lock provides secure mating with an audible tactile click to confirm correct engagement. EM35 Heavy Duty Power Connectors incorporate three 50A power contacts and one ground contact. Hirose FH55 Series 0.5mm Pitch High-Speed Transmission FPC Connector is designed to handle up to 5+ Gbps high-speed transmission and fully support USB 3.0, PCI Express Gen.2, Serial ATA Gen.3 and HDMI 1.4a. The FH55 Series features innovatively designed impedance-controlled contacts. Instead of the standard tuning fork shape, the signal contact has a flat structure. The flat structure provides a straight signal path and eliminates any signal reflection. Strategically placed ground contacts between the differential pair signal contacts reduce crosstalk. High contact reliability and correct positioning are achieved through the side catches in the internal structure of the connector. Hirose DF61 Swing-Lock Lighting Connectors
Hirose DF61 Series High Power Swing-Lock Lighting Connectors feature a
350 V maximum rating and utilize Hirose's unique Swing-Lock mating style
for use in high power applications. Hirose's reinforced Swing-Lock
structure prevents the plug from becoming disengaged when
handling strains or loads, a header molded in one piece for a tight fit
that resists solder wicking, a header lock to improve plug retention,
and contacts constructed using a highly conductive material that allows
high current flow by reducing the contact resistance. These compact 2.2
mm pitch connectors offer a 350 V max rating due to a long creepage

Hirose DF62 Slim In-Line Connectors
Hirose’s DF62 Slim In-Line Connectors feature a slim design and smooth
contours to provide connections that are virtually tangle-free and makes
them ideal for small/narrow spaces. The DF62's unique multi-row pin
layout arranges its contacts into a grid that produces a small, diagonal
diameter. The smooth exterior shape allows the connector to move easily
inside of wiring conduits, and the lack of exposed metal parts on the
outside of the connector eliminates the possibility of short circuits
between the connector and the inside of metal conduits. The design also
protects the crimp contacts from deformation. The positive locking
structure provides a tactile click and visible lock confirmation to
ensure a secure and robust connection with the retention strength of
approximately 50N. DF62 Connectors have an operating temperature range
of -35ºC to +105ºC, making the series suitable for industrial and LED
applications. Typical applications include robotic machinery, LED
lighting, medical devices, consumer appliances, and office equipment.

Connectors feature a stacking height of 1.44mm for an effective mating
height of 0.42mm, swing lock with both positive and friction locks for
cable pull-force resistance, high lance structure, and integral molding
to prevent solder wicking. These wire-to-board connectors have a rated
voltage of 50V AC/DC and a rated current of 2.0A or 2.5A depending on

Hirose FX20 Series 0.5mm Pitch Floating Stacking Connectors
Hirose’s FX20 Series are Floating Stacking Connectors that are highlighted by their 0.5mm pitch and double beam contacts. The FX20 Series features a double beam structure that provides a minimum of +/- 0.6mm float in the XY directions, a self-cleaning function, vibration resistance, +/- 1.2mm self-alignment for easier mating and a current capacity of 0.5 Amp / pin. Hirose Electric TM31 Series Modular Plugs
Hirose Electric TM31 Series Modular Plugs have been designed to be user friendly by having a simple and quick assembly process. This is achieved by using the wire guide plate that places the individual wires to the correct contact. The standard TM11/TM21 series hand tool is suitable for the TM31 Series Modular Plugs, allowing quick and easy IDC contact termination and clamping of the cable. It is also possible to lengthen the cable jacket end during assembly without compromising the CAT6a performance. The TM31 Series Modular Plugs feature a unique contact arrangement placed over two rows instead of one to give improved transmission characteristics and optimized performance. Developed for LED applications, Hirose DF59 Series 2.0mm Pitch
Connectors feature an ultra low profile design which minimizes
shadowing. These 2.0mm pitch connectors enable multiple wire-to-board,
co-planar board-to-board bridge, and short-circuit pin connections to
the PCB, minimizing the issue of thermal expansion. The floating
board-to-board connector with "stress free contact" allows ± 0.5 mm
