Hendon Semiconductors 2-Wire Bus Buffers
Hendon Semiconductors' IES5505 and IES5515 2-wire bus buffers are monolithic CMOS ICs that extend the bus load limit by buffering both the SCL and SDA lines for maximum permissable bus capacitance on both sides of the buffer. The Hendon devices include a uni-directional buffer for the clock signal and a bi-directional buffer for the data signal. The ICs work in I2C, SMBus, DDC, PMbus, and similar systems and are ideal for use in electronic signs and displays, lighting control, game consoles, desktop and portable computers, and other applications.
Hendon Semiconductors Temperature Control ICs
Hendon Semiconductors' temperature control ICs are designed to increase performance and sensing capabilities in a wide range of thermostat applications. Hendon's OM1654A triac control IC features zero-crossing switching of resistive loads for low EMI and is an ideal replacement for a traditional bimetallic switch. The IES5521A features a time out timer for safer use of heating appliances. The OM1682A is designed for use in circuits that drive inductive and resistive loads where greater accuracy is required and external input/output access would be beneficial.
