Greenliant GLS85L Commercial/Industrial Grade SATA/PATA NANDrive™
Greenliant GLS85L Commercial/Industrial Grade SATA/PATA NANDrive™ devices are high-performance, fully integrated solid state drives. They combine an integrated SATA NAND flash memory controller or ATA controller and 512MB, 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32GB of NAND flash memory in a multi-chip package. Greenliant GLS85L Commercial/Industrial Grade SATA/PATA NANDrive™ devices are ideal for solid-state mass storage in embedded and portable applications that require smaller form-factor and more reliable data storage.
Greenliant Specialty Flash
The Greenliant specialty NOR Flash portfolio is based on SST's
SuperFlash® technology and features high performance, superior
reliability, low power consumption and small sector size. Available in
commercial, extended and industrial grade temperatures, these Greenliant
specialty Flash devices are offered in industry-standard packages. Greenliant
SSF™ (Small-Sector Flash) is ideal for applications
requiring fine data granularity, while the Many-Time Programmable family
combines the erase capability of flash with the cost effectiveness of
EPROM/OTP memory. The multi-bank architecture and read-while-write
operations of the Greenliant CSF™ (Concurrent SuperFlash)
products make them ideal for the wireless communications industry.
Greenliant 55 Series NAND Controllers
Greenliant 55 Series NAND controllers feature advanced NAND management technology for increased performance, improved data integrity, and support of high-capacity block access to NAND-based applications. As the heart of high-performance, NAND flash-based ATA/IDE solid state drives or CompactFlash cards, these Greenliant NAND controllers meet industry standards with ATA-133 or Ultra-DMA 6 performance. Embedded SuperFlash® technology enables field upgrades of the NAND controller firmware for better performance while ensuring support of ever-evolving MLC and SLC NAND technology. The Greenliant 55 Series achieves further flexibility by the advanced Error Checking and Correction (ECC) engine that ensures support of current and future NAND flash ECC requirements for optimum data integrity. These features make Greenliant NAND controllers the ideal solution to solve the challenges of integrating rapidly changing NAND flash technology.
Greenliant NANDrive™ 85 Series Solid State Drive
Greenliant NANDrive™ 85 Series high-performance, fully-integrated embedded solid-state drives integrate an ATA controller and one or more NAND flash die in a multi-chip package. Greenliant NANDrive products are well suited for solid-state mass storage in embedded and mobile applications because they offer new and expanded functionality while enabling cost-effective designs. The NANDrive 85 Series provides up to 100 million host-Write cycles and high data transfer rates, making it an ideal storage solution for digital consumer products, wireless devices, industrial and medical applications, and networking equipment. This Greenliant solid-state drive product family also includes additional security features to protect confidential information stored in the flash memory. NANDrive products provide complete IDE hard disk drive functionality and compatibility in a small BGA package for easy, space-saving, and cost-effective mounting to a system motherboard.
