MCF51EM256 and MCF51EM128 MCUs, along with the Freescale Semiconductor DEMOEM board, make it easy to develop a turnkey electrical metering solution with customized silicon designed specifically for the electrical metering market. Freescale Semiconductor MCF51EM MCUs include AMR SPI, tamper detection, and 80- and 100-pin LQFP packages.
