Freescale MC9S08AC128/96 Microcontrollers
Freescale's MC9S08AC128/96 8-bit microcontrollers
combine high performance and on-chip integration, as well as 8-bit and
32-bit compatibility. The products feature industry-leading EMC/EMI
performance, advanced peripherals and available memory of up to 8KB RAM
and 128KB Flash. The peripheral set includes two SCIs, two SPIs, an
inter-integrated circuit, 14 programmable 16-bit timer channels with
center-aligned PWM capability, a CRC, and a watchdog timer, as well as
a 16-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter. The devices are
ideal for home appliance and embedded industrial control applications.
Freescale DEMOACKIT Evaluation System
Freescale's DEMOACKIT Evaluation System provides a flexible, cost-effective evaluation system for the Flexis™ AC family of microcontrollers. The kit features 8-bit and 32-bit Flexis AC daughtercards, a USB background-debugger mode, LEDs, a serial port, an acceleration sensor, and an I/O header.
Freescale S08 JM 8-bit MCUs
Freescale’s S08 JM family of 8-bit microcontrollers have up to 60Kb of Flash memory, a full speed USB 2.0 device controller, and a 12-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter. The devices feature up to 24MHz internal bus frequency offering 2.7V to 5.5V across temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC. The MCUs have support for up to 32 peripheral interrupt/reset sources, allowing for exceptional software flexibility and optimization for real-time applications.
