FCT Electronics D-Sub Standard Connectors
FCT Electronics D-Sub Standard Connectors are available in different combinations of materials and platings, such as steel, brass, or stainless steel. Heat resistant FRPs ensure 260 °C soldering temperature for 10 s. Contact - terminations are solder pot AWG 20, straight and right angled PCB, and wire-wrap. D-Sub Standard Connectors are specifically developed for use with fully automatic assembly and solder procedures.
FCT Electronics Mixed Layout Connectors
FCT Electronics Mixed Layout Connectors are designed so that any FCT connectors, such as 75 and 50 Ohm coaxial contacts, high power contacts up to 40 A, high voltage contacts up to 3 kV, and pneumatic contacts can be installed in any other contact arrangements from FCT Electronics. Mixed Layout Connectors feature high abrasion and corrosion resistance, low thermal contact resistance, very good contact characteristics, excellent solderability, and even plating density. Depending on the application, solder pot, straight PCB, or crimp terminations are available, as well as insertion and removal tools for the crimp versions to ensure safe and reliable installation.
FCT Electronics Waterproof Connectors
FCT Electronics Waterproof Connectors offer plastic hoods suitable for all shell sizes and are available for various types of connectors, such as High Density and Mixed Layout. Waterproof Connectors are available in varying connector sizes for both front and reverse mating, as a pin or socket connector, can be mounted with coaxial, high power and high voltage contacts, and are available with straight and right-angled signal contacts for PCB as well as solder terminations.
FCT Electronics High Density D-Sub Connectors
FCT Electronics High Density D-Sub Connectors feature trapeze shaped metal shells which offer good shielding qualities, are mechanically stable, and prevent misalignment or bending of contacts. High Density D-Sub Connectors are available in straight and right angled versions for P.C. boards, offer compact design and low mounting flange, and can also be supplied for cable assemblies in solder or crimp version. The heat resistant plastics used in the production of FCT Electronics High Density D-Sub Connectors meet UL94V-0 requirements. Due to the higher density of 15, 26, 44, 62 and 78 contacts, High Density D-Sub Connectors are ideally suited for the most modern applications in data transmission and telecommunications, as well as in measurement, regulation, and control devices.
FCT Electronics PCB Mixed D-Sub Connector
The PCB Mixed D-Sub connector from FCT Electronics have
mixed contact arrangements allow coaxial and/or power contacts to be
combined with standard signal contacts in a single housing. The connectors is ideal for PCB applications and designed for straight- and right-angle PC tail versions.
FCT Electronics Waterproof Hood
FCT Electronics´ waterproof hood is suitable for D-Sub standard, mixed-layout, and high-density connectors. The low-profile hood has a strain relief for spring element, locks with two slotted screws, a protection level of IP 67 according to DIN 40050, and cable diameters of 0.236" to 0.315" or 0.315" to 0.413". The FWA waterproof hood is for rear-mounted mating connectors and the FWAF version is for front-mounted mating connectors.
