Fair-Rite Flexible Ferrite Sheets

Fair-Rite Flexible Ferrite Sheets function as suppressors that block EMI noise at lower frequencies and absorb at higher frequencies to improve the performance of RFID/NFC antennas in mobile devices, wireless charging antenna systems, and other applications. The Flexible Ferrite Sheets from Fair-Rite are offered in six material grades and four standard ferrite plate thicknesses and are manufactured with a 0.01mm thick PET film that allows bending without impacting effectiveness.

Fair-Rite Planar EE and EI Cores

Fair-Rite Planar EE and EI Cores, with their low profile are suitable for board level installation allowing assembly without the need for plastic coilformers and can also allow windings integrated into multi-level PCB's. Planar ER Cores, with their low mass and low profile are suitable for surface mount installations in power filter and transformer applications. Planar Cores can be supplied with the center post gaped to mechanical specifications as well as an AL value. Planar Cores are available in a range of sizes from EE14/7 to EE64/21, EI14/5 to EI64/15 and ER9.5 to ER14.5. They are available in 3 materials with Initial Permeability ranging from 2300-3000.

Fair-Rite ETD cores

Fair-Rite ETD cores have been designed to make optimum use of a given volume of ferrite material for maximum throughput power, specifically for forward converter transformers. The structure, which includes a round center post, approaches a nearly uniform cross-sectional area throughout the core and provides a winding area that minimizes winding losses. ETD Cores can be supplied with the center post gapped to mechanical specifications as well as an AL value. ETD Cores are available in a range of sizes from ETD29 to ETD59 and 3 materials with Initial Permeability ranging from 2300-3000.

Fair-Rite E Cores

Fair-Rite E Core geometry offers an economical design approach for inductive applications in a variety of power designs. E Cores can be supplied with the center post gapped to mechanical specifications as well as an AL value. E Cores are available in a range of sizes from EF 12.6 to E 65/27 and 3 materials with Initial Permeability ranging from 2300-3000.

Fair-Rite RM Cores

Fair-Rite Power Inductor RM Core configuration allows better shielding than E type geometries while providing easier winding accessibility and better power dissipation than a POT Core configuration. Fair-Rite Products RM Cores all have solid center post and standard height and can be supplied with the center post gapped to mechanical specifications as well as an AL value. Fair-Rite PQ Cores

Fair-Rite PQ Core configuration was developed for use in power applications. The large surface area to volume of the core aids in heat dissipation. PQ cores are employed both in filter and transformer designs for Switch Mode Power Supplies. Fair-Rite Products PQ Cores can be supplied with the center post gapped to mechanical specifications as well as an AL value. PQ Cores are available in a range of sizes from PQ20/16 to PQ50/50 and 3 materials with Initial Permeability ranging from 2300-3000.

Fair-Rite Cable Snap-Its

Fair-Rite Cable Snap-Its can easily accommodate round cables or bundled wires from 2.5mm to 25.4mm. These Snap-Its are available in four ferrite material classes to suppress differential or common-mode conducted EMI from 1Mhz into the GHz region. The Snap-Its feature polypropylene cases that meet the RoHS restrictions of hazardous substances and have a flammability rate of UL94 V-0. Performance curves for these suppression components can be found on the Fair-Rite web site. Fair-Rite cores are tested with the shortest practical wire length.

Fair-Rite RFID Ferrite Antenna Rods

Fair-Rite RFID Antenna Rods with ferrite cores are for use in antenna and RFID transponder applications. These precision-ground RFID antenna rods from Fair-Rite are designed for high Q applications over a wide frequency range and are well suited for popular RFID operating frequency applications from animal tagging to supply chain management solutions.
