Fair-Rite

Fair-Rite Products Corp., a ISO/TS 16949 registered company, is a leading, full line ferrite component manufacturer. Fair-Rite is known for utilizing innovative processes and materials. Fair-Rite offers a wide variety of components and engineering design support for EMI suppression and power applications. Their components for EMI suppression include split round and flat cable snap-on suppression cores, surface mount beads, and PC board suppressor cores.

Fair-Rite Cable Snap-Its

Fair-Rite Cable Snap-Its can easily accommodate round cables or bundled wires from 2.5mm to 25.4mm. These Snap-Its are available in four ferrite material classes to suppress differential or common-mode conducted EMI from 1Mhz into the GHz region. The Snap-Its feature polypropylene cases that meet the RoHS restrictions of hazardous substances and have a flammability rate of UL94 V-0. Performance curves for these suppression components can be found on the Fair-Rite web site. Fair-Rite cores are tested with the shortest practical wire length.

Fair-Rite 46 Material Engineering Kit

The Fair-Rite 46 Material Engineering Kit contains a selection of cable cores and Snap-Its for the 25-300 Mhz frequency range. The Fair-Rite 46 Material included in the Engineering Kit contains no nickel and is similar in performance to Fair-Rite 43 and 44 materials, the industry standard for broadband EMI suppression applications. The 46 Material offers high frequency performance that is environmentally and economically attractive.
