Fairchild FAN3850 Microphone Pre-Amplifiers
Fairchild's FAN3850 integrates a Pre-Amplifier, LDO, and Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) to convert Electret Condenser Microphone (ECM) outputs to Pulse Density Modulation (PDM) data streams. The FAN3850 Microphone Pre-Amplifier accepts analog signals from the ECM and drives an over-sampled sigma-delta ADC and outputs PDM data. The PDM digital audio of the Fairchild FAN3850 Microphone Pre-Amplifier has the advantage of noise rejection and interface-to-mobile handset processors. Fairchild N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET MOSFETs
Fairchild's N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs are designed to minimize losses in power conversion applications and minimize the on-state resistance. The N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs use a silicon technology to dramatically improve performance and reduce overall system cost. With an integrated Schottky diode, these Fairchild N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs offer similar performance (high power and current handling) of a separate MOSFET and Schottky rectifier in one package. This integration reduces space by as much as 50% and provides cost savings and manufacturing through-put (or "time") savings. Applications can include notebooks, servers, telecom, DC-DC buck converters, high efficiency DC-DC switch mode power supplies and synchronous rectifier for DC-DC converters.
Fairchild Highly Integrated Green-Mode PWM Controller
Fairchild's Highly Integrated Green-Mode PWM Controllers are a highly integrated PWM controller that provides several features to enhance the performance of flyback converters. Fairchild High-Speed Low-Side Gate Drivers
Fairchild's High-Speed, Low-Side Gate Drivers are designed to drive N-Channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in low-side switching applications by providing high peak current pulses during the short switching intervals. They are each available with TTL input thresholds. The internal circuitry of these High-Speed, Low-Side Gate Drivers provide an under-voltage lockout function by holding the output low until the supply voltage is within the operating range. Fairchild's High-Speed, Low-Side Gate Drivers incorporate MillerDrive™ architecture for the final output stage, which provide high current during the Miller plateau stage of the MOSFET turn-on/turn-off process to minimize switching loss, while providing rail-to-rail voltage swing and reverse current capability. Fairchild High Noise Immunity Logic Gate Output Optocoupler
Fairchild's High Noise Immunity Logic Gate Output Optocouplers are high-speed logic gate output (open collector) optocouplers that support isolated communications allowing digital signals to communicate between systems without conducting ground loops or hazardous voltages. These High Noise Immunity Logic Gate Output Optocouplers utilize Fairchild's proprietary coplanar packaging technology, Optoplanar®, and optimized IC design to achieve high noise immunity, characterized by high common mode transient immunity specifications. Applications for these High Noise Immunity Logic Gate Output Optocouplers include microprocessor system interface (SPI, I2C), industrial fieldbus communications (DeviceNet, CAN, RS485), programmable logic control, isolated data acquisition system, and voltage level translator.

Fairchild's FSA8008A Audio Jack Detection and Configuration Switch is an audio jack detector and switch for 3- or 4-pole accessories. In addition to detection, the FSA8008A Audio Jack Detection and Configuration Switch features an integrated MIC switch that allows the processor to configure the audio jack. This BAS70V Dual Schottky Barrier Diode comes in an ultra small SOT-563F package with a maximum package height of 0.6mm. The Fairchild BAS70SV offers features such as low forward voltage drop, low capacitance (3.0pF Max), low leakage current and fast switching. Fairchild's FSA88x USB Port 2:1 Switch is a high-performance switch featuring automatic switching and accessory detection for a USB port. The FSA88x USB Port 2:1 Switch allows sharing of a common USB port to pass USB data, as well as factory programmability. In addition, Fairchild's FSA88x integrates accessory detection of devices such as USB chargers and factory data cables. The FSA88x USB Port 2:1 Switch can be programmed for manual switching or automatic switching of data paths. Applications include cellular phones, smart phones, MP3 and PMP.
Fairchild FAN9611 Interleaved Dual BCM PFC Controller
The Fairchild FAN9611 Interleaved Dual BCM (Boundary-Conduction-Mode) PFC (Power-Factor-Correction) Controller operates two parallel-connected boost power trains 180º out of phase. Interleaving extends the practical power level of the FAN9611 Interleaved Dual BCM PFC Controller control technique from about 300W to greater than 800W. Unlike the continuous conduction mode (CCM) technique often used at high power levels, these Fairchild FAN9611 devices offer inherent zero-current switching of the boost diodes, which permits the use of less expensive diodes without sacrificing efficiency. Fairchild MMBFJ110 25V N-Channel JFET
Fairchild's MMBFJ110 25V N-Channel JFET is designed for digital switching applications where very low on resistance is mandatory. The MMBFJ110 N-Channel JFET has a drain-gate voltage of 25 volts and a drain-source on resistance of 18Ω. Total dissipation for this device is 460 mW. Fairchild's MMBFJ110 25V N-Channel JFET comes in a compact SuperSOT-3 package to help save board space.

The FSA641 Signal Routing Switch is a 2:1 MIPI switch made for 2-data lane and 1-data lane modules, is configured as SPDT and is optimized for switching between two high-speed or low-power MIPI sources. Fairchild's FSA642 Signal Routing Switch is a bidirectional, low-power, high-speed TPDT switch that is optimized for switching between two MIPI devices, such as cameras or LCD displays and on-board Multimedia Application Processors (MAP). Fairchild's highly integrated PFC/PWM Controller Combination ICs are specifically designed for power supplies that consist of boost PFC and PWM. These PFC/PWM Controller Combination ICs require very few external components to achieve protection/compensation. Fairchild's PFC/PWM Controller Combination ICs can be used in either current or voltage mode. In voltage mode, feed-forward from the PFC output bus can reduce the secondary output ripple. FAN4800CS/02S have accurate 49.9% maximum duty of PWM that makes the hold-up time longer. The PWM can be used in either current or voltage mode. In voltage mode,
feed-forward from the PFC output bus can reduce the secondary output

Fairchild Semiconductor FAN4603 Synchronous Buck Regulators are fully integrated synchronous DC/DC buck converters that provide up to 600mA of output current over an input voltage ranging from 2.3V to 5.5V. Fairchild Semiconductor FAN4603 Synchronous Buck Regulators are offered as ultra-miniature "Solder and Play" solutions that require no external components and are each able to achieve a DC accuracy of ±2% PWM and an output ripple less than 12mV. With a total footprint of 4.0 x 2.5mm at a maximum height of 1.1mm, these can be used in small battery-powered devices and applications with distributed DC POL requirements.
At moderate and light loads, pulse frequency modulation is used to operate the FAN4603 in power-save mode with a typical quiescent current of 35µA. Even with such a low quiescent current, the Synchronous Buck Regulator exhibits excellent transient response during large load swings. At higher loads, the system automatically switches to fixed-frequency control. In shutdown mode, the supply current drops below 2µA, reducing power consumption.
Fairchild Semiconductor Dual Supply 2-Bit Voltage Translator
Fairchild Semiconductor Dual Supply 2-Bit Voltage Translator is a high-performance configurable dual-voltage-supply translator/buffer/repeater/isolator for bi-directional voltage translation over a wide range of input and output voltage levels. Fairchild Semiconductor Dual Supply 2-Bit Voltage Translator is intended for use as a voltage translator in applications using the I2C bus interface, and the input and output voltage levels are compatible with I2C device specification voltage levels. External pull-up resistors are required. The FXMA2102 translator is designed so that the A port tracks the VCCA level and the B port tracks the VCCB level. This allows for bi-directional A/B port voltage translation between any two levels from 1.65V to 5.5V. Either VCC can be powered-up first. Internal power-down control circuits place the device in 3-state if either VCC is removed. The two ports of the translator have automatic direction sense capability. Either port may sense an input signal and transfer it as an output signal to the other port.

The input voltage range operates from 1.2V to 4.0V to provide power-disconnect capability for post-regulated power rails in portable and consumer products. The low shut-off current of 1µA (maximum) allows power designs to meet standby and off-power drain specifications. Fairchild Semiconductor IntelliMAX™ Advanced Load Switches are controlled by an active-HIGH logic input (ON pin) compatible with standard CMOS GPIO circuitry found on Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) and embedded processors. Input current in shut-down mode is less than 1µA, which maximizes battery life. Light-load PFM operation is automatic and "glitch-free".
