Exar XR16M890 single-channel UARTs with selectable 8-bit Intel or Motorola or VLIO bus interface are the industry's fastest UARTs with integrated level shifters. XR16M890 single-channel UARTs with integrated level shifters feature a maximum data rate of 24 Mbps and offer 128 bytes of transmit and receive FIFOs. Exar XR16M890 UARTs are ideal for a variety of portable applications, including smart phones, Bluetooth®, PDAs, GPS systems, and other battery-operated devices.
