Epcos ASB / ASR Pressure SensorsEpcos offers Pressure Sensors in two series, the ASB barometric pressure transmitter and the ASR gauge pressure transmitter. Epcos ASB / ASR Pressure Sensor transmitters are based on piezoresistive silicon pressure dies, have an on board compensation circuit for non-linearity and temperature error, and have a miniaturized SMD hybrid package. Both the ASB barometric pressure transmitter and the ASR gauge pressure transmitter feature analog ratiometric interface with adjustable output limits (clipping) or digital 14 bit I²C interface, diagnosis functions like loss of Vdd/Vss, bridge connections and short cuts, high immunity against electromagnetic influences, and plastic free surface mount technology for reflow soldering.
