EPCOS B82804A Series Gate Drive Transformers
EPCOS B82804A Series Gate Drive Transformers are used to couple gate-drive circuits to MOSFETs and IGBTs operating at switch frequencies within a range of 150KHz through several MHz. Using a miniaturized EP5 core, the dimensions of the transformers are 8.1 x 6.7 x 5.4 mm, resulting in a significant space savings on the circuit board. EPCOS B82804A Series Gate Drive Transformers offer low stray inductances and parasitic capacitances between winding are only 25 to 95 pF. Short-term dielectric strength is tested to 1500 VDC for all types in the B82804A Series Gate Drive Transformers are designed for ambient temperatures of up to 85ºC and operating temperatures of up to 125ºC. Applications include half- and full-bridge converters as well as in frequency converters or inverters.
EPCOS P11 / P12 Series Inrush Current Limiting NTC Thermistors
EPCOS features Inrush Current Limiting NTC Thermistors in the P11 and P13 Series. The P11 and P13 Series feature
a 13mm diameter thermistor disk with a UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant
coating, kinked leads of tinned copper wire, and 7.5mm lead spacing.
Both series provide high electrical stability with a resistance
tolerance of ±20%. The P11 Series features currents from 2.5A to 5A, a resistance range from 4Ω to 25Ω (R25), and operate in the temperature range between 0°C and 25°C. Designed for high power currents from 2.5A to 7A, the P13 Series provides a resistance range from 3Ω to 25Ω (R25) and operate in the temperature range of -40°C and 150°C. EPCOS P11 and P13 Inrush Current Limiting NTC Thermistors are well-suited for peripheral communication equipment such as switch-mode power supplies and motors.
Epcos ASB / ASR Pressure Sensors
Epcos offers Pressure Sensors in two series, the ASB barometric pressure transmitter and the ASR gauge pressure transmitter.
