Enpirion EN5364QI / EN5394QI DC-DC Converters
Enpirion EN5364QI and EN5394QI DC-DC converters represent a revolution in low-power switching converters. The total solution footprint of 160mm² in the EN5364QI and 190mm² in the EN5394QI provide space savings without compromising efficiency. These Enpirion DC-DC converters boast a rich feature set that facilitates ease of use in systems that are sensitive to beat tones.The EN5364QI and EN5394QI integrate power switches, an inductor, gate driver, controller, and loop compensation. These Enpirion buck converters utilize an external resistor divider to set the output voltage to any user defined value. The EN5364QI and EN5394QI are pin compatible and have a peak efficiency of 93%. These DC-DC converters have a 4MHz operating frequency with the ability to synchronize to an external system clock or other EN5364QI or EN5394QI.

The Enpirion 9A Synchronous Buck PWM DC-DC Converter with integrated inductor, is a power supply on a chip (PwrSoC) DC-DC converter with an input of 2.4V to 5.5V, up to 30W of continuous output power, and up to 93% peak efficiency. The device is designed to meet the precise voltage and fast transient requirements of present and future applications in a distributed power architecture. The Enpirion ultra high switching frequency and innovative, high-density integrated circuit and proprietary inductor technology deliver high-quality, ultra compact, non-isolated DC-DC conversion. The EN5395QI features a 3-pin VID parallellable output voltage select for area constrained applications. The EN5396QI features an external output voltage programming for point of load regulation.
Enpirion EN5322Q Buck Regulator
Enpirion’s EN5322QI high-efficiency synchronous buck converter features an integrated inductor, PWM controller, MOSFETs, and compensation providing the smallest possible solution size. The device comes in a tiny 6mm x 4mm x 1.1mm QFN package and integrates all converter functionality, while requiring only a single input and single output ceramic filter capacitor. The device has a wide 2.4V to 5.5V input range, a VID programmable output range from 0.6V to 3.3V, and is capable of sourcing a continuous 2A over the entire industrial temperature range.
