Energy Micro EFM32 Leopard Gecko 32-Bit Microcontrollers
Energy Micro's EFM32 Leopard Gecko 32-Bit Microcontrollers are part of the world's most energy friendly microcontrollers and will provide Flash memory configurations up to 256KB with the added
option of embedded USB connectivity, direct drive TFT, EBI and CPU
speeds up to 48 MHz. All Leopard MCUs include the same autonomous, low
energy peripherals found in the Gecko family, like AES encryption, Pulse
Counter, Low Energy UARTs in addition to the Low Energy Sensor
interface LESENSE and on-chip Operational Amplifiers. These devices
target energy sensitive applications with high memory requirements and
connectivity requirements.
Energy Micro EFM32 Giant Gecko 32-Bit Microcontrollers
Energy Micro's EFM32 Giant Gecko 32-Bit Microcontrollers are part of the world's most energy friendly microcontrollers and will provide Flash memory configurations up to 1024KB with the added option of embedded USB connectivity, direct drive TFT, EBI and CPU speeds up to 48 MHz. All Giant MCUs include the same autonomous, low energy peripherals found in the Gecko family, like AES encryption, Pulse Counter, Low Energy UARTs in addition to the Low Energy Sensor interface LESENSE and on-chip Operational Amplifiers. These devices target energy sensitive applications with high memory requirements and connectivity requirements.
Energy Micro EFM32TG Tiny Gecko 32-Bit MCUs
Energy Micro EFM32TG Tiny Gecko 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) provide a combination of unmatched performance and ultra-low power consumption in active and sleep modes. Energy Micro EFM32TG MCUs consume as little as 160 µA/MHz in run mode and as little as 900nA with a Real Time Counter running, Brown-out, and full RAM and register retention. The low energy consumption of Tiny Gecko devices outperforms any other 8-, 16-, or 32-bit solution. The EFM32TG family includes autonomous and energy efficient peripherals, high overall chip and analog integration, and a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor. These Energy Micro MCUs are ideal for demanding 8-, 16-, and 32-bit energy-sensitive applications, including gas metering, energy metering, water metering, and smart metering.
Energy Micro EFM32 Gecko Starter Kit
The Energy Micro EFM32 Gecko Starter Kit provides all the basic functionality a system developer needs to build energy efficient applications based on the 32-bit ARM Cortex™-M3-based EFM32 Gecko microcontrollers proven to consume less than a quarter of the energy of other 8-, 16-, and 32-bit MCUs. The Energy Micro Starter Kit board features the Energy Micro EFM32G890F128 MCU, a 160-segment LCD display driven by the MCU's energy efficient on-chip LCD controller, and a touch slider to demonstrate the MCU's capacitive sensor interface capability. Other I/O facilities include 4 x LEDs, 2 x pushbuttons, and a dedicated MCU reset button. The Energy Micro EFM32 Gecko Starter Kit is supported by the Energy Micro energyAware™ software library built around ARM's standard CMSIS abstraction layer.
Energy Micro EFM32 Gecko Microcontrollers
Energy Micro EFM32 Gecko microcontrollers are 32-bit devices based on the ultra-efficient ARM Cortex™-M3 architecture. These Energy Micro EFM32 Gecko MCUs extend battery life by a factor of four, consuming a quarter of the energy required by existing 8-, 16-, and 32-bit MCUs. The Energy Micro EFM32G MCU family achieves the lowest active mode current consumption of any MCU, consuming less than 180µA per MHz while executing real life code from Flash. Its standby current consumption of 900nA (typical) is also the lowest. The EFM32 Gecko MCU family's start-up time of less than 2µs is the industry's fastest.
