Diodes Inc. DLD101 LED Driver

The Diodes Inc. DLD101 linear mode current sink LED driver is a 1A rated device with one external resistor, making the device ideal for reducing the size and cost of a range of general illumination products, including flashlights and lighting in emergency, garden, and poolside applications. This Diodes Inc. LED driver integrates a unique base accessible pre-biased transistor that allows the LED current setting to be set via a single external resistor without the need for an additional boost transistor. The Diodes Inc. DLD101 LED driver is PWM capable and features a Vin maximum of 100V. The DLD101 has a Vbe reference current sink configuration and is housed in a DFN3030D-8 3x3 package.
