Diodes Inc. AL9910 and AL9910A high voltage LED drivers provide an efficient solution for offline high brightness LED lamps from rectified line voltages ranging from 85VAC up to 277VAC. The Diodes Inc. AL9910 and AL9910A drive external MOSFETs at switching frequencies up to 300kHz, with the switching frequency determined by a single resistor. These LED drivers feature greater than 90% efficiency and are able to withstand input voltages up to 500V. The Diodes Inc. AL9910 and AL9910A are designed for use in LED offline lamps, high voltage DC-DC LED drivers, signage/decorative LED lighting, and more.
Diodes Inc. DMS301xSSS DIOFET™ MOSFETs
Diodes Inc. DMS3014SSS and DMS3016SSS DIOFET™ devices integrate a power MOSFET and anti-parallel Schottky diode into a single die. The Diodes Inc. DMS3014SSS and DMS3016SSS improve the efficiency and lower the operating temperature of fast switching PoL converters in high volume computing, telecom, and industrial applications. Diodes Inc. DIOFET devices minimize the conduction losses traditionally associated with low side MOSFETs. Diodes Inc. DMN6066 60V N-channel MOSFETs are tailored for VoIP communication equipment. The DMN6066 N-channel MOSFETs feature high pulse current handling capabilities and are avalanche rugged and designed for driving transformers in the DC-DC converter stage of Subscriber Line Interface Circuits (SLIC). The Diodes Inc. ZXLD383 LED driver is designed for applications requiring step-up voltage conversion from a very low input voltage. The ZXLD383 LED driver IC generates constant current pulses that are ideal for driving single or multiple LEDs over a wide range of operating voltages. This Diodes Inc. Boost and Buck-boost LED driver provides 85% efficiency and increased battery life. The Diodes Inc. ZXLD383 includes an on/off enable input that can be driven directly from a photocell array or an open collector/drain logic output. The enable input features an ultra-low voltage drop diode to ground, eliminating the need for a photocell array isolation diode in garden light applications.

Diodes Inc. PowerDI® 5 bipolar transistors are the first bipolar transistors in a PowerDI 5 package, which provides a 47% space savings over the SOT223 package. These Diodes Inc. PowerDI 5 bipolar transistors are also 60% smaller than DPAK (TO252) package devices. The PowerDI 5 has a low profile of just 1.1mm, making it ideally suited for applications with component height restrictions.
