Diodes Inc. AP21x6 USB Power Switches
The Diodes Inc. AP21x6 USB power switch family offers a reduced footprint, improved switch on-resistance, and better power dissipation than competing devices. The Diodes Inc. AP21x6 is form, fit, and function compatible with industry standard dual channel devices and is offered in SO-8 or thermally enhanced MSOP-8L-EP packages. These Diodes Inc. power switches feature extended output current options at 0.5A, 1A, and 1.5A in both footprints and can be used to protect multiple USB ports for space conscious and low-cost solutions. The AP21x6 power switch family is optimized for self-powered and bus-powered USB and other hot-swap applications.
Diodes Inc. ZXMS6004FF Intellifet MOSFET
The Diodes Inc. ZXMS6004FF Intellifet MOSFET is a self-protected low-side MOSFET with logic level input. This Diodes Inc. Intellifet MOSFET integrates over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, and ESD-protected logic level functionality. The Diodes Inc. ZXMS6004FF Intellifet is ideal as a general purpose switch driven from 3.3V or 5V microcontrollers in harsh environments where a standard MOSFET is not rugged enough. The ZXMS6004FF features a compact high-power dissipation package, low input current, and short circuit protection with auto restart.
Diodes Inc SBR® Super Barrier Rectifiers
These super barrier rectifiers (SBR®) from Diodes Inc. have the benefits of traditional pn-junction and Schottky barrier diodes in a single device with very low on-state losses, low leakage currents, and dynamic device operation. The super barrier allows the use of a single component for wide-band operation, as well as superior surge resistance due to the absence of Schottky junctions.
