Crydom Diode Power Modules: Series M50
Cyrdom's Series M50 Diode Power Modules have single- and three-phase diode high-surge current rectifier circuits providing highly efficient thermal management, extended life, and reliable performance. The devices feature up to 1600 volt blocking standard and 60-100 amps. Available in five circuits, all models come in an industry standard package, provide 2500 VRMS from all terminals to the baseplate, and are UL recognized.
Crydom Series MS11-CX Solid State Relays
Crydom's Series MS11-CX Solid State Relays achieve the highest power switching capability in a DIN mounted air-cooled package. Features include exceptional steady state current and ultra-high surge ratings. Models are available to switch up to 280Vrms with AC or DC control, with either zero-cross or random turn-on (“R”) switching versions.
Crydom SCR/Diode Power Modules: Series B-2T, B-2
Crydom's SCR/Diode Power Modules come in eight standard circuits and are designed to control AC or DC variable voltage output up to 15KW. The devices feature standard .250 quick-connect terminals, 2500 VRMS isolation, are UL recognized, and are available with isolation barriers.
