CONXALL Data-Con-X Sealed Mini-USB Type B Receptacles and Plug
CONXALL Data-Con-X Sealed Mini-USB Type B Receptacles and Plug are field
installable mini-USB connectors sealed to IP67 & IP68 NEMA 250.
Constructed using an UV resistant thermoplastic to reduce the effects of
sunlight on the assembly, the Mini-USB Type B Receptacles and Plug are
rated at Mil-Std 202G method 106G for moisture resistance, Mil-Std 202G
Method 302G for insulation resistance, Mil-Std 202G Method 107G for
thermal shock, and Mil-Std 202G Method 201A for vibration. Data-Con-X
features a quick connect bayonet style interface and are available with
PC tail or solder terminals for easy field installation. Offering a RoHS
compliant assembly, Mini-USB Type B Receptacles and Plug provide a
minimum of 500 cycles in an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +75
°C(-4ºF to +167°F). These connectors are ideal for any sealed data
transmission in military, industrial, GPS location devices,
instrumentation, medical data carts, and data acquisition units.
CONXALL Sensor-Link® Link Connectors
CONXALL Sensor-Link® is a comprehensive line of molded cable assemblies and panel connectors designed primarily for connecting sensors on automation and other equipment. CONXALL Sensor-Link Connectors feature 2 to 19 contacts in sizes #10, #14, #20, and #22. Rated to IP-68, the CONXALL Sensor-Link Connectors provide excellent protection from water and dirt ingression. CONXALL MIL-E Connectors
CONXALL offers the Mil-E-Qual® line of connectors as a lighter weight plastic equivalent to MIL-C-5015 metal connectors. The CONXALL Mil-E-Qual Connectors feature up to 37 contacts in size #12 and #16 and UV inhibitors to protect the connectors from the sun's damaging rays. CONXALL Mil-E-Qual Connectors are field installable panel and cable connectors with fully molded cable assemblies. Users can customize the Mil-E-Qual cable assembles to meet specific application needs. As a result, the CONXALL Mil-E-Qual Connectors are well-suited for a

CONXALL Con-X Connectors
The CONXALL Con-X line consists of plastic connectors in five different sizes to meet a wide range of requirements. CONXALL Con-X Connectors feature 2 to 31 contacts in sizes ranging from #26 to #12. The contacts are available in multiple mounting styles including solder, crimp and PC. The CONXALL Con-X Connectors are field installable with easy to assemble panel, cable, and cable to cable connectors and fully molded cable assemblies. Users can customize the Con-X cable assembles to meet specific application needs. As a result, the CONXALL Con-X Connectors are well-suited for a wide range of applications including lighting, GPS/Data Acquisition, medical, safety & security, communications, instrumentation, industrial, and marine.
CONXALL Shielded Harsh Environment Circular Connectors
The CONXALL Shielded Harsh Environment Circular Connectors, part of the MINI-CON-X series, meet IP66 and IP68 ratings
when mated and protect circuits from EMI and RF interference. The
housing is constructed of rugged machined metal and a nylon backshell.
Field installable, the CONXALL Shielded Harsh Environment Circular Connectors are scoop-proof and utilize the same panel cutout as the original MINI-CON-X series.
The new shielded design is ideal for harsh environment applications
which includes conveyor equipment, packaging, automated assembly, and
food processing equipment, as well as machine tools and spot welders.
