CONEC Sensor Actor M12 and 7/8" Connectors
The CONEC Sensor Actor M12 and 7/8" Connectors are field attachable circular connectors designed to provide wear-free connectivity and highly reliable performance under harsh environmental conditions. The Sensor Actor M12 and 7/8" Connectors feature a rugged stainless steel housing that is dust-sealed and waterproof. When mated, these connectors offer IP67 protection per IEC 60529, are resistant to shock and vibration, offer up to 8 amps per contact, and retain functionality in an operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C for >=100 mating cycles per IEC 60512-9a. With its ruggedized construction, the CONEC Sensor Actor M12 and 7/8" Connectors are well-suited for industrial automation, food & beverage, and automotive applications.
CONEC IP67 LC Duplex Fiber Optic Connectors
CONEC IP67 LC Duplex Fiber Optic Connectors feature a 1/6th turn bayonet coupling for fast and secure mate/unmate. To optimize chemical resistance, UV resistance, and tolerance to physical abuse, CONEC offers IP67 LC Duplex Fiber Optic Connectors in two different housing materials: black plastic and nickel-plated, zinc die-cast. All IP67 LC Duplex Fiber Optic Connectors are duplex LC type, in single-mode, multi-mode, and APC types. IP67 LC Duplex Fiber Optic Connectors product line includes panel-mounted receptacles, mating plugs, and protective caps. Pre-terminated jumper cables including cables suitable for outdoor use and direct burial, in standard lengths from 1 meter to 300 meters are also included. CONEC IP67 LC Duplex Fiber Optic Connectors ensure a continuously secure connection and are dustproof and weatherproof, with a silicone ring seal that makes a watertight connection to the panel. IP67 LC Duplex Fiber Optic Connectors are ideal for communications, security, and surveillance equipment applications.
Conec Solid Body IP67 D-Subs
The Conec Solid Body IP67 D-Subs are precision machined plug and socket connectors for harsh environments (pressure-proof up to 1.45 PSI). Mounted with 4-40 UNC threaded rear spacer or insert, or with 4-40 UNC PBC clip (all mounting styles include hex locking bolt), the IP67 D-Subs are one-piece zinc die-cast nickel plated shells in quality class 3. The Conec Solid Body IP67 D-Subs are available standard (AWG 20) and high density (AWG 22), solder pin angled with metal bracket or solder pin straight.
CONEC Ethernet Circular RJ45 Metal Connectors - EXPANSION
Conec has expanded its Ethernet Circular RJ45 Connector line to include the new Full Metal Bayonet Style RJ45 Connectors in addition to the standard plastic version. Conec's Full Metal Bayonet Style RJ45 Connectors are made in full metal, nickel-plated zinc die-cast material.
CONEC's sealed industrial Ethernet Circular RJ45 Connector
System is designed for use in harsh environments and features a bayonet
coupling mechanism conforming to IEC 61076-3-106 standards. The connector provides IP67 sealing performance when the connector halves
are fully mated or covered and can be front or rear mounted into a
panel up to 3.2mm thick. The integrated, shielded RJ45 jack and plug meet EIA/TIA-568B.2 cat. 5e specifications. The Ethernet RJ45 Connectors are now available in full metal, nickel-plated zinc die-cast design, as well as plastic.

CONEC Industrial USB 2.0 IP67 Connectors
CONEC offers the Industrial USB 2.0 IP67 Connector System for harsh environments. The water resistant connector system meets IP67 rating requirements when a mating connector is inserted or when covered with a secured protective cap. The CONEC Industrial USB 2.0 IP67 Connector System
includes standard plastic bayonet locking types and metal designs with
M28 threads, as well as patch cords. Applications include harsh
environments, machine tool, automation, automotive, and mass
transportation. Now available in a full metal bayonet style.
CONEC Non-Filtered D-Sub Connector
The CONEC Non-Filtered D-Sub Connector is
available in a wide range of options: through hole, solder cup, solder
cup high density, UNC threaded, threaded spacer clip, threaded insert
and clip, PC vertical/right angle mount, metal bracket, high density
shell, 9 to 50 positions, and AWG 20-28.
CONEC MicroTCA Power Module Input Connector
CONEC's 7W2 MicroTCA power module input connector is based on the PICMG standards developed to meet MicroTCA specifications. Ideal for power supplies with -448Volt and -60Volt inputs, the combination D-sub connector features two high-current contacts rated at 24A per pin and two signal contacts in a conventional D-Sub housing. The high-precision, screw-machined contacts are made with high-quality copper alloy materials and Au/Ni plating rated up to 200 mating cycles with significant power reserves.
