CMD ESD High Speed Data Line Protection
The CMD ESD High Speed Data Line Protection devices feature PicoGuard XS (Xtreme Speed), designed for next generation deep sub-micron high speed data line protection. The CMD CM1233, CM1235, and CM1236 devices
feature a unique impedance matched design with integrated inductors in
series with the traces, offer 40% reduction in peak clamping voltage, a
15-40% reduction in peak residual current, and a 10% reduction in total
energy reaching the protected device. The devices are ideal for HDMI™ 1.3a and Displayport™ 1.1 applications.
CMD MediaGuard™
The CMD MediaGuard™ is a HDMI transmitter port protection and interface devices provide next generation HDMI host interface protection. The integrated package provides all ESD, level shift, and back drive protection for an HDMI port in a single 38-pin TSSOP package. The MediaGuard™ feature 0.05pF matching capacitance between the TMDS intra-pair and ±8kV ESD protection on all external lines.
CMD Praetorian™ L-C LCD ad Camera EMI Filter Array: CM1460/1
CMD's Praetorian™ family of pi-style EMI filter arrays with ESD protection integrates 4, 6, and 8 filters (C-L-C) in small form factor TDFN 0.50mm pitch packages. Each EMI filter channel is implemented as a 3-pole L-C filter and has ±15kV ESD protection. Due to the small packages and easy-to-use pin assignments, these devices are ideal for wireless handsets, mobile LCD modules, and PDAs.
