Chemtronics CircuitWorks® Silicone-free Heat Sink Grease
Chemtronics CircuitWorks® Silicone-free Heat Sink Grease facilitates heat transfer away from electrical/electronic components and into heat sinks.
This silicone-free compound shows no creep or migration over a wide
temperature range. Thickened with a proprietary thermally conductive
zinc oxide ceramic, the Chemtronics CircuitWorks Silicone-free Heat Sink Grease creates an effective heat sink interface in electrical/electronic equipment. Exceeds MIL-C-47113 for thermal conductivity and stable from -15°C to 200°C.
Chemtronics CircuitWorks® BA Empty Dispensing Pens
The Chemtronics CircuitWorks® BA Empty Dispensing Pens allow the user to fill the pens with any liquids required - fluxes, flux removers, solvents, lubricants, or other liquids. Made from durable aluminum, the pens are more resistant to corrosion than tin-plate dispensers. The Chemtronics CircuitWorks BA Empty Dispensing Pens
feature a large reservoir with a wide mouth for easy filling; a wide,
stable base for stand-up durability; an anti-roll cap; and a tough,
durable body value and nip.
Chemtronics CircuitWorks® No-Clean Tacky Flux
Chemtronics CircuitWorks® No-Clean Tacky Flux is a Type ROL0 formulation designed for BGA rework requiring high-reliability, stability, and cleanliness. The gel composition holds the BGA component in position even with board movement. The Chemtronics CircuitWorks No-Clean Tacky Flux
features a lower viscosity for easy application, contains no ionic
material, and exhibits excellent wetting ability with a long tack time.
