CEL MeshConnect™ ZICM357P2-1 EM357 Transceiver Module and Kit
CEL MeshConnect™ ZICM357P2-1 EM357 transceiver modules combine a high performance RF solution with the premier ZigBee stack on the market. The MeshConnect EM357 module also integrates 1MB on board Flash memory for over-the-air program updates without the need for additional in-system memory, making this CEL device ideal for smart energy applications. The integrated power amplifier maximizes range and performance. CEL MeshConnect EM57 transceiver modules are based on the Ember EM357 ZigBee compliant system-on-chip IC. The module is a single-chip wireless solution for ZigBee applications and includes an RF transceiver with baseband modem, a hardwired MAC, and an embedded 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M3 microcontroller with internal RAM (12kB) and Flash (192kB) memory. The CEL ZICM357P2-1 EM357 adds a power amplifier to increase range up to 2.5 miles, provide more reliable transmission, and reduce the number of nodes in your network. The MeshConnect EM357 Module Development Kit is a stand-alone radio system that allows users to place the modules into the target environment and evaluate performance on-site. The EM357 Module Development Kit also serves as an invaluable aid in application development. Through the many interface headers on the board, the user has access to all of the MeshConnect module pins, enabling easy connection to target systems for application development.
CEL PS9505 / PS9505L3 Photocouplers
CEL PS9505 and PS9505L3 photocouplers are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAIAs LED on the input side and a photo diode, a signal processing circuit, and a power output transistor on the output side on one chip. The CEL PS9505 and PS505L3 photocouplers are designed for high common mode transient immunity, high output current, and high switching speed. These CEL photocouplers are suitable for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs. The PS9505 comes in a plastic DIP package. The PS9505L3 is a lead bending type (Gull-wing) for surface mounting.

The CEL PS9305L 2.5A photocoupler is an optically coupled isolator containing a GaAIAs LED on the input side and a photo diode, a signal processing circuit and a power output transistor on the output side on one chip. The CEL PS2381-1 photocoupler is an optically coupled isolator containing a GaAs LED and an NPN silicon phototransistor. The CEL PS2381-1 photocoupler is mounted in a plastic 4-LSOP package for high density applications. The package has shield effect to cut off ambient light. The CEL PS2381-1 is ideal for use in power supply and FA / OA equipment applications.

The CEL ZICM2410P2 MeshConnect Extended Range Module improves upon the original ZICM2410P0 MeshConnect module
by adding a power amplifier and low noise amplifier to increase range
to over two miles (12,000 feet), plus more reliable transmission and
fewer nodes in your network. The CEL ZICM2410P2 MeshConnect Extended Range Module
is specially designed for open outdoor applications in which the nodes
are physically far apart or indoor uses in which the nodes operate in a
noisy RF environment. The MeshConnect Extended Range Module provides an outstanding +123 dBm budget link that ensures high quality connections even in harsh environments. The ZICM2410P2

CEL FreeStar Pro ZFSM-201-1 Transceiver Module
The CEL FreeStar Pro ZFSM-201-1 transceiver module provides a high-performance, cost-effective RF transceiver solution for 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4, ZigBee®, and ZigBee PRO data links and wireless networks and is based on the Freescale MC13224V transceiver platform. The CEL FreeStar Pro ZFSM-201-1 combines the Freescale transceiver IC with an on-board 100mW power amplifier to deliver extensive processing capability, high output power, low-power consumption, and high integration. This CEL transceiver module includes integrated PCB trace antenna, extensive on-board memory resources, and 16 RF channels. The FreeStar Pro ZFSM-201-1 is ideal for remote sensing, AMR/AMI, home and building automation, industrial control, and security applications.

CEL´s ZIC2410 transceiver IC provides simplified designs, low-power consumption, and high performance by combining a Zigbee®-compliant RF transceiver with an 8051-based 8-bit microcontroller.
The device provides industry-leading +8dBM output power and a
best-in-class link budget of 106dB. The product also offers -98dBm
receiver sensitivity to ensure immunity to interference from other
2.4GHz transmissions. The MCU includes an onboard a-law/µ-law voice CODEC with ADPCM support and an I2S / PCM interface with two 128-byte FIFOs.
