Caddock MP900 and MP9000 Series Kool-Pak® Power Film Resistors are constructed with Caddock's Micronox® resistance film fired onto a flat ceramic substrate. The terminal attachment and resistance element geometry are configured to provide outstanding non-inductive performance. The ceramic substrate is positioned in the molded
package such that the resistor element and terminal attachment areas on the substrate are encapsulated in the molded body with the other side of the ceramic being exposed flush with the back mounting surface of the resistor. This construction is covered by one or more issued patents, also patents pending. Caddock MP900 and MP9000 Series Kool-Pak® Power Film Resistors feature a case temperature range of 15 watts to 100 watts at +25º C, exposed ceramic heat dissipating mounting surface, resistance range of 0.020 ohm to 1K ohm, and non-inductive design.
The Caddock MP850 Series Kool-Pak® Power Film Resistors include an integral metal mounting surface for highly efficient thermal transfer. With a TO-220 style power package, the MP850 offers 50 Watts at +25ºC case temperature, derated to zero at +150ºC. Constructed with Caddock's Micronox® resistance film fired onto a flat ceramic substrate, the substrate is bonded to a copper heat sink which becomes the metal mounting surface. The Caddock MP850 Series Kool-Pak Power Film Resistors offer a resistance range of 0.20ohm to 10.0K, non-inductive design.
The Caddock USF300 Series Ultra-Stable Low TC Film Resistors were developed for high performance analog electronics. Utilizing Caddock proprietary resistance film systems, the Type USF300 resistors provide the lowest TC with the widest resistance range and the highest voltage ratings available.The 300 series boasts a resistance range of 50Ω to 25MΩ with temperature coefficients from -40°C to +85°C (referenced to +25°C), and Zero Nominal TC (maximum absolute TC 5 ppm/°C). The Caddock USF300 Series Ultra-Stable Low TC Film Resistors' tolerance is ±0.01% or ±0.10%.
The Caddock Type HVD5 Ultra-Precision Voltage Dividers are monolithic voltage dividers built with ceramic sandwich construction. These HVD5 voltage dividers have ultra-precision performance in the range of 1500 volts DC to 5000 volts DC, with a ratio tolerance of 0.05% and Ratio TC of 5ppm/ºC. The Caddock Type HVD5 Ultra-Precision Voltage Dividers feature 20M resistance and are ideal for high performance voltage division applications in medical equipment, laboratory equipment, and analytical instruments.
The Caddock Type 1776 Precision Decade Resistor Voltage Dividers offer exceptional performance through Caddock's Tetrinox® resistance films. The input voltage dividers are ideal for precision input signal circuits of both bench-type and laboratory digital instruments, multimeters, and range-switching instruments. The Caddock Type 1776 Precision Decade Resistor Voltage Dividers are available in 1K to 10MΩ with 0.05% resistance.
