Bud Industries, Inc. was founded in 1928 in Ohio by the Haas family and continues today with fourth generation management. Bud Industries manufactures standard electronic enclosures, custom electronic enclosures, accessories, brackets, and several types of small hand-held boxes and large cabinet racks made from plastic as well as metal. Bud Industries also carries standard electronic products that meet NEMA and seismic equipment requirements.

Bud Industries SPB Steel Push Button NEMA Boxes
SPB Steel Push Button NEMA Boxes from Bud Industries are water-tight enclosures which comply with NEMA and UL-Type 4,12, and 13. The covers are supplied with up to four 22.5mm or 30.5 mm holes for four-way push button switches. The seam welded Bud SPB Steel Push Button NEMA Boxes are constructed of 14 GA steel and have ANSI 61 gray powder coating. The UL listed Steel NEMA Boxes include external flanges for wall mounting.
Bud Industries JB and JBH NEMA 1 Sheet Metal Boxes
JB and JBH NEMA 1 Sheet Metal Boxes from Bud Industries are heavy duty electrical enclosures suitable for junction and pull box applications. The boxes are available with either a lift-off screw cover or a hinged cover. The Bud JB and JBH NEMA 1 Sheet Metal Boxes feature 16 GA welded steel construction and ANSI 65 gray powder coating. Included are knockouts on all four sides (on boxes with greater than 3" depth), four wall mounting holes in back, and embossed grounding hole in bottom.

Bud Industries produces the PN Series NEMA 4X Enclosures composed of molded polycarbonate and high-impact ABS which are designed to IP66 of IEC 529 and meet NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, and 13 specifications, as well as UL Listed to UL508-4x specifications. The PN Series is ideal for PCB enclosures, junction boxes, and other applications in the electrical and electronic industries. Wall mounting holes and cover-attaching screws are outside the sealing area to prevent ingress of moisture and dust. Most models have internal guide slots for mounting PCB assemblies vertically. The Bud Industries PN Series NEMA 4X Enclosures are available in a variety of sizes, colors, and specifications.

Bud Industries SNB Series Stainless Steel NEMA Box
The Bud Industries SNB Series Stainless Steel NEMA Box is designed to meet NEMA type 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, and 13 and IP65 ratings. With a continuous seam welded 304 stainless steel construction, the SNB series features hinged cover clamps to the base with a keyed quarter turn latch for a watertight seal. External mounting brackets allow the box to be mounted on a wall or panel without having to remove the cover and expose the internal components to the environment. The Bud Industries SNB Series Stainless Steel NEMA Box is available in a variety of sizes (from 9.84"x7.87"x5.91" to 15.75"x13.98"x7.87") and includes internal panel and hardware.
Bud Industries NBF Series NEMA Economy Enclosures
The Bud Industries NBF Series NEMA Economy Enclosures are designed to IP66 of IEC 529 and NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4x, 12, and 13 specifications. The indoor versions are constructed of ABS plastic (including latches and hinges) with UL94-HB flammability rating and the outdoor versions are constructed of PC/PBT blended plastic with UL94-5VA flammability rating and are UV stabilized. The Bud Industries NBF Series NEMA Economy Enclosures are complete with stainless steel wall mounting brackets and hardware and are useful for control boxes, facilities with wash-down requirements, corrosive environments, and general factory environments.

The Bud Industries Utilibox Style L is ideal for switch boxes, control boxes, alarm systems, or any application requiring an inexpensive plastic wall/panel mounted enclosure. Available in four sizes (ranging from 3.12" x 2.10" to 3.11" x 3.13"), the Utilibox Style L features molded-in wall mounting brackets, a close fitting, interlocking screw-on cover with black assembly screws, and horizontal PCB mounting bosses. Constructed of durable UL 94V-0 rated black ABS material, the Bud Industries Utilibox Style L is flame retardant with a suggested service temperature of -20ºC to +70ºC.
