Bourns CRE2512 High Power Current Sense Chip Resistor Series meets many requirements of a high powered current sense resistor (up to 3W). It offers low resistance values of 1 to 9mΩ to help minimize power consumption. CRE2512 comes standard with a 1% resistance tolerance to help maximize energy savings. The standard Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) is just ±75 PPM/°C, ensuring a stable operating accuracy over wide temperature ranges. It also uses a specialized sensing material to ensure a low thermal Electromotive Force (EMF). This Bourns current sense chip resistor series is ideal for use in power supplies, stepper motor drives, battery packs, and white goods.
Bourns Automotive SRP Shielded High Current Power
Inductors are manufactured with a carbonyl powder core featuring high saturation current and shielded construction for low magnetic radiation. Available inductances are 0.1 - 47μH. Inductor footprints range from 4.5 x 4.1 to 13.5 x 12.5mm; heights range from 1.0 to 6.2mm; Irms up to 55A and Isat up to 118A. Typical automotive applications for these inductors include driver assistant devices, information/entertainment systems and lighting. These devices are AEC-Q200 qualified and the electrical characteristics and dimensions are functionally equivalent to the existing standard series.
Bourns PTVS3-0xxC-TH High Current, Bi-Directional TVS Diodes offer bidirectional port protection and are designed for use in high power DC bus clamping applications. These Bourns devices offer bidirectional port protection and are available with standoff voltage ratings of 58V and 76V. PTVS3-0xxC-TH provide very high surge current protection (3kA @ 25ºC). These TVS diodes exhibit an excellent surge response versus temperature. The typical maximum surge current at 150°C is 75% their rated value at 25°C.
Bourns® 1840 Model Signal and Dataline
Protectors are high performance Surge Protection Devices (SPD) designed
to protect sensitive electronic circuits and components from damaging
surge voltages and currents. Features include low peak clamping voltage,
ability to repeatedly protect against surge, convenient DIN-1 and DIN-3
rail mounting, and cable shields that may be either grounded or
arc-protected to ground. The device's extremely fast response and low
clamping voltages make the series well-suited for the protection of
sensitive signal and datalines associated with computer, data
communication, instrumentation, broadcasting and industrial controls.
The devices may be used directly with EIA standard interfaces RS-232,
RS-422, RS-423, RS-485 and with 4-20 mA and 50 mA instrumentation loops.
The Model 1840 Model Signal and Dataline Protectors are fast, rugged
and capable of protecting against fast rising voltage transients as well
as the severe current surges associated with lightning discharges, in
each case up to rated limits.
Bourns dual polarity SLIC surge protector is a programmable over-voltage protection device designed to protect modern dual polarity supply rail ringing SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) against over-voltages on the telephone line. Over-voltages can be caused by lightning, a.c. power contact, and induction. Four separate protection structures are used; two positive and two negative to provide optimum protection during Metallic (Differential) and Longitudinal (Common Mode) protection conditions in both polarities. Dynamic protection performance is specified under typical international surge waveforms from Telcordia GR-1089-CORE, ITU-T K.44 and YD/T 950. The Model TISP9110MDM is programmed by connecting the G1 and G2 gate terminals to the negative (-V(BAT)) and positive (+V(BAT)) SLIC Battery supplies respectively. This creates a protector operating at typically +1.4V above +V(BAT) and -1.4V below -V(BAT) under a.c. power induction and power contact conditions. The protector gate circuitry incorporates 4 separate buffer transistors designed to provide independent control for each protection element. The gate buffer transistors minimize supply regulation issues by reducing the gate current drawn to around 5mA, while the high voltage base emitter structures eliminate the need for expensive reverse bias protection gate diodes. Bourns dual polarity SLIC surge protector is rated for common surges contained in regulatory requirements such as ITU-T K.20, K.45, Telcordia GR-1089- CORE, YD/T 950. With the use of appropriate over-current protection devices such as the Bourns Multifuse and Telefuse devices, circuits can be designed to comply with modern telecom standards.
Bourns AMS22B Non-Contacting Analog Rotary Position Sensors are designed to meet the specifications of heavy-duty applications requiring long cycle life and high reliability. These single-turn rotary sensors each feature a 1/4" stainless steel shaft supported by a bronze sleeve bearing and a factory programmable electrical angle from 10 to 360 degrees. Available in a bushing mount configuration with a rotational life of up to 50 million cycles, the AMS22B sensor is a highly versatile panel mount position sensing device.
Bourns EVAL-CN0313-SDPZ RS-485 Certified EMC-Compliant Interface Design Tool is the industry's first solution for compliance to EMC regulations -- the #1 design challenge for industrial communications ports.
