Bias Power BPH Series Power Supplies - EXPANSION
Bias Power BPH Series Power Supplies now include a 1 Watt model. The BPH 1 Series provides up to one watt of output power at 8 or 14 VDC (Vo) and an optional 3.3 or 5 VDC (Vr) output for microprocessors, logic, timing circuits, transceivers, sensors or other control functions.

Bias Power's BPH Series 1/2 Watt AC-DC Power Suppliers were designed to comply with Canada's CSA CAN3-C235-83. They also meet requirements for Australia and other countries with 347VAC mains input. The series has an input range of 100-375VAC, allowing design of "universal" products. Line EMI is eliminated with a patented circuit design which incorporates a custom ASIC in a small package, requiring no additional components.. They can be used in smart building applications where low power and standby mode is required. Constant voltage/constant power regulation make it well suited for highly capacitive loads, including supercaps, relays, solenoids, SSR's, indicating lights, op-amp drivers, zero-crossing detectors and RF/powerline-carrier transceivers. BPH Power Supplies from Bias Power can also be used for DC utility power, microprocessors, sensors, logic functions, or wherever a low-ripple, tightly regulated supply is needed. The BPW Series Power Supply Modules from Bias Power are ideal for applications where operation from 277VAC mains is required. Bias Power's BPW Series is a low-cost solution that provides one-half, one, or two watts of output power at 8 or 14 VDC(Vo) and an optional 3.3 or 5 VDC(Vr) output for logic functions such as clocks, microprocessors, or remote control sensors. BPW modules are also available in single (Vo) or dual (Vo & Vr) output. These supplies offer a patented design that includes a custom integrated circuit housed inside a small enclosure, an input voltage range of 90-308 VAC (50/60Hz), small size, low no-load input power <30mW, constant power mode with no current limit, 3000 VAC isolation, up to 75% efficiency, and EN 55022, Class B and FCC Part 15, Class B EMI emission standards as well as UL/CSA and EN Product Safety Requirements. The BPWX Series power modules have all the features of the BPW version, but with an extreme temperature range suitable for higher-temperature applications.
