were designed to comply with Canada's
CSA CAN3-C235-83
. They also meet requirements for Australia and other countries with
347VAC mains input
. The series has an input range of 100-375VAC, allowing for the design of "universal" products. Line EMI is eliminated with a patented circuit design which incorporates a custom
ASIC
. They can be used in smart building applications where low power and standby mode is required.
Constant voltage/constant power regulation
make it well suited for highly capacitive loads, including supercaps, relays, solenoids, SSR's, indicating lights, op-amp drivers, zero-crossing detectors and RF/powerline-carrier transceivers.
