Mouser Electronics, Inc., regarded as a top design engineering resource and global distributor for semiconductors and electronic components, today congratulates each of the recipients of its Annual Mouser Best in Class Award. The award recognizes the supplier partner who best supported engineering marketing programs and new product launches by demonstrating superior performance.
The awards ceremony was held August 6th, 2012 during Mouser's 17th Annual Supplier Golf Tournament near the distributor's global headquarters in the D/FW Metroplex. Winners of the Best in Class Award were selected using five criteria: promoting product lines within Mouser; finding creative solutions to grow Mouser and supplier market share; partnering strategically with the Mouser team to streamline business; working together to launch new products; and finally, maximizing Mouser’s unique value proposition within their own businesses.
“Mouser derives its success in large part from the unwavering commitment of our suppliers. They are instrumental in helping us introduce the newest technologies to our customers, and our mission to become the most preferred global design fulfillment distributor is strengthened by these Best in Class associates who share our vision,” says Glenn Smith, Mouser Electronics' President and CEO. “It is our honor to recognize these individuals, chosen out of over 450 suppliers, with the Best in Class Award. We want to thank and congratulate each of these professionals who have been so supportive over the past year.”
