The tantalum capacitor s were recognized and honored for achieving a number of industry Firsts, including delivering the highest operating voltage (50V) in the industry for their product type.
The single anode TCJ Series has 10µF/35V and 1µF/50V CV ratings and the multi-anode TCM Series is rated at 22µF/35V with the lowest ESR in the industry at 25mΩ.

The AVX TCJ Series Capacitors with Conductive Polymer Electrode are tantalum solid electrolytic chip capacitors with a conductive polymer electrode to reduce ignition failure mode. With low ESR and 3x reflow at 260ºC compatability, the TCJ Series offers a CV range of 1.0-150µF / 2.5-50V. The AVX TCJ Series Capacitors with Conductive Polymer Electrode are RoHS compliant and are available in 13 case sizes.

The AVX TCM Series Tantalum Capacitors are solid electrolytic chip capacitors with a conductive polymer multianode. With extremely low ESR and high frequency capacitance retention, the TCM Series offers a reduced ignition failure mode, 3x reflow 260ºC compatibility, and volumetric efficiency.
