AVX GX Series Ultra Broadband Capacitor

AVX has expanded the GX Series Ultra Broadband Capacitor line to include case size 0201 in addition to 0402.

The AVX GX Series Ultra Broadband Capacitor was developed specifically to address DC Blocking issues from ~ 16KHz (-3dB roll-off) to 40GHz. The GX series is designed to be completely orientation insensitive with a standard EIA 0402 footprint. The AVX GX Series Ultra Broadband Capacitor features ultra-broadband performance, ultra-low insertion loss, and excellent return loss, as well as X5R and X7S characteristics. Ideal for semi-conductor data communications users, receiver optical sub-assemblies, transimpedance amplifier customers, and test equipment manufacturers.

Simulation Model now available for the AVX GX02YD104MAT2! The CAP-AVX-GX02-001 is a substrate scalable model for use with microstrip applications and accounts for substrate (or PCB) related parasitic effects.
