Accu-Guard® SMD Thin-Film Fuses


Accu-Guard® SMD Thin-Film Fuses are based on thin-film techniques. This technology provides a level of control on the component electrical and physical characteristics that is generally not possible with standard fuse technologies. This has allowed AVX to offer a series of devices which are designed for modern
surface mount circuit boards which require protection.

Accu-Guard® II SMD Thin-Film Fuses


Accu-Guard® II SMD Thin-Film Fuses are a version of Accu-Guard® fuses for a wider range of current and voltage ratings. Constructed on alumina substrates, Accu-Guard® II fuses display superior electrical, mechanical, and environmental properties. Accu-Guard® II SMD Thin-Film Fuses dimensions are standard 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 0612 chip sizes.

Accu-Guard® II Low Current Miniature 0402 Size Thin-Film Fuses


AVX Accu-Guard® 0402 LGA Thin Film Fuse comes in the smallest case size in the industry. The 125mA current rating is the lowest among 0402 case size thin film fuses. The AVX Accu-Guard 0402 LGA Thin Film Fuse provides a highly accurate current rating and features a post fusing resistance of greater than 1MΩ. Accu-Guard fuses provide a level of control on the components' electrical and physical characteristics that is generally not possible with standard fuse technologies. This has allowed AVX to offer a series of devices which are designed for modern surface mount circuit boards which require protection.
