Avago Technologies Ultra Low Noise Amplifiers are GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) which have low noise and high linearity achieved through the use of Avago Technologies’ proprietary 0.25µm GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. These Avago Technologies Ultra Low Noise Amplifiers are housed in miniature 8-pin Quad-Flat-Non-Lead (QFN) packages and are designed for optimum use from 2.3GHz up to 4GHz. These features, combined with a compact footprint, low profile, and high gain make these amplifiers ideal for use in cellular infrastructure for LTE, GSM, and CDMA.
