Avago Technologies High Linearity LNAs with Fail-Safe Bypass are easy-to-use GaAs MMIC Tower Mount Amplifier (TMA) LNA modules with a low IL bypass path. Avago Technologies High Linearity LNAs with Fail-Safe Bypass have low noise and high linearity achieved through the use of Avago Technologies' proprietary 0.25mm GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. All matching components are fully integrated within each module and the 50ohm RF input and output pins are already internally AC-coupled. This makes these LNAs extremely easy to use as the only external parts are DC supply bypass capacitors. All ALM-11x36 LNAs share the same package and pin out configuration.

Avago Technologies IGBT Gate Drive Optocouplers

Avago Technologies IGBT Gate Drive Optocouplers each contain an AlGaAs LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. Avago Technologies IGBT Gate Drive Optocouplers are ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate controlled devices. The voltage and high peak output current supplied by these optocouplers make them ideally suited for direct driving IGBT with ratings up to 1200 V / 200 A (ACPL-P343/W343), 1200 V / 100 A (ACPL-P341/W341), and 1200 V / 50 A (ACPL-P340/W340). For IGBTs with higher ratings, this optocoupler can be used to drive a discrete power stage which drives the IGBT gate. These optocouplers have the highest insulation voltage of VIORM = 891 Vpeak and VIORM = 1140 Vpeak respectively in the IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2.

Avago Technologies IGBT Gate Drive Optocouplers are based on BCDMOS technology, and deliver higher peak output current, better rail-to-rail output voltage performance, and 2 times faster speed than the previous generation products. The rail-to-rail output provides reliable IGBT drive and helps the designer lower the system power which is suitable for bootstrap power supply operation. Short propagation delay for fast switching reduces dead time and, along with high CMR (common mode rejection), will improve overall system efficiency and reliability. The stretched SO6 package is up to 50% smaller than the conventional DIP package and facilitates smaller, more compact design.

Avago Technologies Fiber Optic mSFP+ Transceivers are compliant with Small Form Pluggable (SFP) Multi Source Agreement (MSA) electrical specifications for duplex transceivers. Avago Technologies Reflective Encoders are the world's smallest 3-channel optical encoders with digital outputs employing reflective technology for motion control purposes. Avago Technologies Reflective Encoders each house an LED light source and photo-detecting circuitry in a single package. The small size allows the encoders to be used in a wide range of miniature commercial applications where size and space is a primary concern. These encoders offer two-channel quadrature digital outputs and a third channel, index digital outputs. The Avago Technologies APDS-9801 module integrates functions of an analog ambient light sensor and a digital proximity sensor.
