Avago Technologies LNAs with Switchable Bypass/Shutdown ModeAvago Technologies LNAs with Switchable Bypass/Shutdown Mode are economical, easy-to-use GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) equipped with a Bypass/Shutdown mode which enables the LNA to be bypassed during high input signal power and to reduce current consumption. Avago Technologies LNAs with Switchable Bypass/Shutdown Mode have low noise and high linearity achieved through the use of Avago Technologies' proprietary 0.25mm GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. Each LNA is housed in a low profile 2.0 x 1.3 x 0.5mm3 6-pin Ultra Thin Package. The compact footprint and low profile coupled with low noise, high linearity make these LNAs ideal for mobile receivers in WiMAX applications. The MGA-64606 is also ideal for use as a mobile receiver in WLAN(802.11b/g), WiBro, and DMB applications, and the MGA-65606 works for mobile and CPE receivers in both the WiMAX and WLL (2.5 - 4GHz) band.
