Anderson Mid Power SPEC Pak® Connectors
Anderson Power Products (APP) Mid Power SPEC Pak® series features rugged and environmentally sealed (IP68) connectors that leverage APP’s core Powerpole® flat wiping contact technology. The series offers power handling capabilities up to 80 amps at 600 volts AC or DC with signal. The design accommodates up to four Powerpole® housings, including 4 power contacts ranging in size from 12 to 6 AWG (3.3 to 13.3 mm²) and up to 8 auxiliary contacts ranging in size from 24 to 12 AWG (0.25 to 13.3 mm²). Designed for the most demanding environments, Mid Power SPEC Pak® Connectors have a metal latch to prevent accidental un-mating and IP68 rated shells with a weatherability rating of F1 and flame resistance rating of V-0.
Anderson Power Products SBS® 75G Connector
Anderson Power Products SBS® 75G Connector is a new addition to the SBS® family. The SBS connector family features PCB-to-wire and wire-to-wire solutions for up to 110 amps with a touch-safe interface. The new SBS75G 3 pole connector features a first-mate / last-break center position, UL rated for ground or power. The new connector is available as a genderless wire housing or a right angle PCB connector. Touch-safe protection is provided in all three positions by eliminating finger contact with live circuits per IEC60950.
Anderson Power Products SB® 2/0 Connector
Anderson Power Products SB® 2/0 Connector is the newest addition to the SB connector family. The new connector has the same compact size as the SB175 connector. Larger wire capability allows the new SB 2/0 to provide up to 340 amps of power and minimize voltage drop over extended cable lengths. SB 2/0 housing features a genderless design. The connector can be cross mated with SB 175 housing, but amperage will be limited to the SB 175 rating. Learn more.
Anderson Power Products Solar SPEC Pak® Connector Series
Anderson Power Products Solar SPEC Pak® Connector Series uses rugged and environmentally sealed (IP68) shells to protect APP® Powerpole® contacts and housing. The customer-configured Solar SPEC Pak® is designed specifically to meet the requirements of the photovoltaic industry conforming to NEC 2008 requirements for first make/last break ground and a locking feature that requires a tool to unlock. It's also the first multipole connector to conform to UL 6703A. The adaptive design lends itself towards use in numerous other markets including wind power, fuel cells, mass transportation, off-road vehicles, agricultural equipment, oil and petro chemical exploration, and many more. The core APP® Powerpole® technology within the SPEC Pak® is proven reliable and cost effective. The broad selection of touch safe, color-coded Powerpole® housings with power, signal, and ground contacts accept a broad range of wire gauges, #24 to #10 AWG (0.25 to 4.0mm²), giving users thousands of flexible design solutions in a single interconnect.
Anderson Power Products Saf-D-Grid Power Connectors
Anderson Power Products has designed the Saf-D-Grid Line Power Connectors to replace traditional IEC C14 power connectors in DC applications. The Saf-D-Grid Power Connector from Anderson Power Products is an innovative new design in plug and receptacles that features a touch safe shell with locking mechanism and a first mate/last break ground for a more secure and safe connection in a similar footprint to the current IEC C14 connections. Saf-D-Grid Connectors were designed for use with data servers and in other industries where the growing trend is DC power storage only. The Saf-D-Grid Power Connectors are also AC rated, have power handling capability for 20 amps instead of 13 amps with traditional IEC C14 connectors, and are hot-plug rated for both electronic (capacitive) and electrical (resistive) loads.
Anderson Power Products SBS®75x Connectors
Anderson Power Products SBS®75x Connector provides high
power and auxiliary connections in a single housing. Wire-to-wire and
wire-to-board configurations feature two power contacts rated up to 110
amps and up to 4 auxiliary power contacts rated up to 20 amps. The
patented SBS®75x Connector complies with IEC60950
finger proof requirements to provide user protection and safety. This
is of particular importance in applications where DC voltages exceed 30
volts and can be health threatening. The auxiliary pin contacts on the
wire connector are available in four lengths when sequencing is
required. Auxiliaries have a mate last / break first connection in
relation to the power contacts. All contact positions are rated for
circuit interruption (hot plugging).

designers thousands of flexible design solutions in a single connector.

Pak®4 Pole Connectors are well-suited for mass transportation, off-road

Anderson Power Products PowerMod® Connectors
Anderson Power Products developed the PowerMod® Connector
family as a high density power connector system with maximum design
flexibility. PowerMod Connectors deliver high power performance using a
#16 contact rated to 30 amps per UL 1977 and IEC512-3 test 5a and
mechanical polarized housings designed to mate one-way ensuring proper
circuit mating. Optional positive latches and backshells offer
additional safety and security. This connector family provides
application flexibility with up to four sequential pin mating options
for Mate First / Break Last and Mate Last / Break First circuits.
Designed for PCB, panel, or cable mounting, PowerMod Connectors are
available in 13 sizes and configurable for almost any application.
Anderson Power Products SPEC Pak® Mini 3 Pole Connectors
Anderson Power Products' SPEC Pak® Mini 3 Pole Connectors consist of small, IP68 sealed connectors UL rated to carry up to 22 amps per contact at 600 volts. The connectors are ideal for applications requiring power or power and signal combined in a compact environmentally sealed (IP68) package. Contacts are 30µ gold plated to provide low resistance for up to 500 mating cycles, and are available for wires ranging from 24 AWG to 14 AWG (0.25 to 1.5mm2). The male contacts are also available in 3 lengths to enable sequencing as required. The connectors meet the UL1977 Sec 10.2 touch safe requirements and have an integral latch to prevent accidental un-mating. SPEC Pak Mini 3 connectors are manufactured of durable polycarbonate material and meet UL94 V-0 flame resistance requirements.

Anderson Power Products Multipole Connectors are genderless connectors with color coded mechanical voltage keys to prevent mismatching power supplies and electrical outlets. With 2 to 3 primary power positions, the SB® connectors feature flat wiping contacts that offer a low resistance connection with a sacrificial tip for hot plugging. SBE®, SBX®, SBO®, and SBS® Connectors provide the ability to incorporate up to 8 auxiliary circuits and helps prevent fingers or probes from accidentally touching live contacts.

Anderson Power Products Powerpole Connectors meet a wide range of power connection needs. There are four basic housing sizes that allow specific amperage or wire size needs to be filled in the most compact footprint. Powerpole Connectors can handle up to 350 amperes per pole and accommodate wire ranges of #20 AWG (0.5mm2) to 3/0 (70 mm2). With connectors ranging from 10 amps through 180 amps, the series allows versatility to create a custom solution. The UL94 V-0 housing material provides strict UL flammability ratings.
